Our teacher training courses are intensive and require considerable commitment. Full attendance is expected. Students with less background in movement, anatomy and teaching experience will need to dedicate more time outside of class to review and understand the material.
Students with injury or physical limitations are able to take the course, however, they will still need to be able to manage adaptations of the exercises personally, and to be able to effectively communicate the material learned. Our courses are interactive, and students should be comfortable observing, being observed, teaching and being taught by their classmates and instructors.
