Group Classes

All of our group classes are on pilates equipment, specifically the reformer and tower, and often incorporate additional props. We have maximum 6 students in each class to give you the specific attention required to achieve your best performance.

Student on Reformer

Level 1

Level 1 classes focus on the basics, and are less choreographically complicated than our higher level classes.

Student on Reformer

Level 2

Level 2 students should have a solid background in Pilates and/or other similar physical activity. Clients in an L2 class are expected to understand their own limitations as the pace is generally quicker, and the exercises more complex than an L1 group.

Student on Reformer

Level 3

Level 3 classes combine physical intensity with often complex movement at a quicker pace. Clients in these classes must have a strong Pilates background and have an understanding of how to move safely on the equipment and adapt movements to their own body.

Private Classes

Private sessions are an opportunity to receive one on one attention for your exact needs/wants at a scheduled time that works for you.  All of our instructors are highly skilled, and will tailor your sessions to fit you.

Kinesiology Private Class

Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, performance and function. Kinesiologists apply the science of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychology and neuroscience to human movement and function and work with clients through guided movement sessions and through exercise prescription to help return them to regular participation in sport or loved activities, work or to improve general movement abilities.
