Lynne discovered pilates in 2019 and what started as therapeutic became an essential continuous practice that consistently challenges her body and fortifies her wellbeing.
As a passionate student of the Pilates Process Method that was so transformative for her, Lynne completed the Mat and Reformer Teacher Training programs and is excited to share the benefits of intentional movement with the community. She fosters a fun and supportive environment for you to explore your curiosity and expand your capacity for strength, stability and the mind-body connection.
